Foodbucket started not with money or fame, but with a simple dream and a lot of heart. I grew up in a humble home, where the kitchen was the heart of everything. My mother’s food meant love, care, and togetherness. From those early days, I always dreamed of creating a place where people could feel the same warmth.
To follow my dream, I started from the bottom—washing dishes, cutting vegetables, and learning everything I could in busy kitchens. I faced many struggles. Banks said no. Days were long, and nights were tough. But I never gave up.
In 1998, with borrowed money and old furniture, I finally opened the doors to Foodbucket. It was a small place with just a few tables, but it was full of love and dreams.
Today, Foodbucket is more than just a restaurant. It’s a place where people come to feel at home, enjoy good food, and share happy moments. Every dish we serve carries my journey—one of hard work, passion, and the joy of bringing people together through food.
